The Loft was super cozy and had everything we needed. We loved the location, close to the metro and some great places to eat and drink. We even made it to a DJ party nearby for NYE. The breakfast was delicious too, especially the croissants!

my hotel room was well-maintained with coffee, a shower and quiet airco. comfortable location close enough to messe prater underground station, and the main areas, i felt safe. it also was close to metro.

Its location near the metro station where you can easily reach the city center of Vienna is great and amazing...

Excellent social environment for meeting others. The check-in navigation was a bit confusing.

The rooftop bar provides fine views of the Prater amusement park.

I faced several issues . A private event closed the social space on my first night, leaving me unable to unwind there as I had hoped. The noise from outside my room was bothersome, impacting my ability to relax and enjoy my time at the hotel. It was annoying to only find out about the noise via email instead of being informed upon check-in, especially since I could have been offered a quieter room.

Reasons to love it, and reasons not to

Beautifully decorated and eco-friendly rooms provide a cozy yet modern feel. The rooftop terrace offers amazing views and an enjoyable atmosphere, complemented by friendly and proactive staff ready to assist.

Infrequent room cleaning every three days can be inconvenient. Limited coffee pods and occasionally noisy surroundings may detract from the overall experience.

Everything was perfect, and it had very good wi-fi. The studio suite had all we needed, including beautiful bathroom. The staff were fairly friendly and superfriendly and know their duties.

The hotel was spotless and fancy, had caring staff and functional rooms. The setting was quite perfectly comfortable within easy reach of a large public park. The service was great and the food was good...

The folks here sure know how to. Love how everything's cozy and well thought out. The pantry's a lifesaver when you're feelin' peckish. And bless your heart, the staff are sweeter than peach cobbler. My only hiccup was the overly soft bed, but I reckon I got used to it.

The rooftop terrace provided a stunning view of the Prater amusement park, while the efficient use of space in my Loft made for a surprisingly comfortable stay.

The loft style was unique and well designed. Loved the rooftop terrace for sunsets! The pantry on each floor is super handy for late-night cravings.

The staircase to the bed could be a bit tricky at times.

Despite this, the room maintained a cozy atmosphere, and being just a three-minute walk from the metro was convenient for exploring nearby attractions.

Loved the cozy loft with a great kitchen setup and the amazing rooftop views over the park! The metro was just a hop away. Perfect home base for our city adventures!

The room temperature was like a mysterious secret that never got revealed.

The lofted bed was tucked away, nice for a spacious living area. The breakfast was excellent, with options. I especially appreciated the well-designed small kitchen and the useful gym. The staff were accommodating when I needed early check-in and late checkout.

The loft-style room was super functional and well-designed, and I really enjoyed the rooftop bar with its scenic views of the city. Only downside was that it got a bit crowded during breakfast, but it was still a nice experience overall. 🌅
